Made this today. easy recipe with big old fashioned flavor. Only thing I did different was to add more chicken as it seemed a little skimpy in that department. Good thing I did too, there wasn't a drop of leftovers to be had! This is a keeper.

i add a wee bit of cream/flour to thicken it up a bit...this is my daughters favorite!!

Instead of using an entire Chicken, I baked 4 large chicken breasts with Montreal Chicken seasoning and then shredded it up. It was delicious and added a little extra flavor to the dish! It made enough to feed my mom and I for awhile. Thanks for the recipe!
